Ask a question
Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. Every carrier has to start somewhere. SAFN Logistics is open to working with new authorities and helping them understand the dispatch process.

Do you dispatch reefers only?

Reefer freight is our main specialty, but we can also dispatch dry vans. Other equipment may be considered depending on the lane, freight type, equipment details, and carrier goals.

Do you force dispatch?

No—never. SAFN works for the carrier. You have final approval before a load is booked unless you give different instructions.

Do you work with owner-operators and small fleets?

Yes. That is exactly who SAFN is built to support: owner-operators and small carriers who want direct, consistent communication.

What lanes do you focus on?

Our strongest experience is reefer freight from Arizona moving East—especially the Midwest, Southeast, Northeast, selected Texas markets, and back. Every lane plan is still built around the carrier.

Do you handle broker setups and factoring paperwork?

Yes. We can help with setup packets, carrier information, rate confirmations, appointment details, factoring or NOA paperwork, and delivery-document follow-up.
